Our initial solutions address prevention of Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFUs) in individuals diagnosed with diabetes and prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and Pulmonary Embolisms (PEs) in vascular, post-surgical, and immobile patients/individuals.

Although Synergy directly serves individual consumers, this unique Preventive Care Program was developed as a framework to assist our healthcare business partners to address specific complications that are costly and often create poor health outcomes for associated consumers/members/patients. The Diabetic Foot Ulcer (DFU) Solution: The Synergy PedWell Program

The Program utilizes an expansive provider network of experienced clinicians offering superior shoe fitting and insert fabrication/molding services. Concentrating on network access, Synergy has expanded its network of Qualified Fitters to include podiatrists, pedorthists, orthotists, and certified fitters providing services in various venues such as DME/prosthetic provider locations, physician offices, and medical clinics.

ln addition to service access at these locations, Synergy’s unique Program offers remote services which take the Program to the consumer’s choice of location, including their home or office. By offering a broad point of access, Synergy promotes consumer adoption of this effective preventative Program creating improved value for consumers and partners of Synergy.
